1. Who we are
Usadoo is a service operated by Orion App Development, with its registered office at Witte de Withstraat 21, 6712 HA Ede, the Netherlands, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 94479380 and with EU VAT number NL005087038B52.

2. What Usadoo is
Usadoo is a platform that allows private individuals to post listings to buy and sell second-hand items. Usadoo acts exclusively as a technological intermediary: we provide the platform but we are not a party to the agreements between buyer and seller.
Usadoo does not buy, sell, store, ship or inspect the listed items. Responsibility for the transaction, the item and the performance of the agreement lies exclusively with the parties involved.
3. Registration and account
You need an account to use most features. By creating an account you declare that:
- You are at least 18 years old, or have the express consent of your legal representative.
- The information you provide is true, complete and up to date.
- You will keep your password confidential and are responsible for all activity on your account.
- You will only create one account per person, unless we expressly authorise otherwise.
4. Posting listings
As a seller you commit to only posting items that are your own property, that you can legally sell, and whose description, images and price reflect reality.
You may not post, among other things:
- Weapons, drugs, illegal substances or explosives.
- Counterfeit items or items that infringe intellectual property rights.
- Live animals, parts of protected species or derived products.
- Sexual services, pornographic content or any offensive material.
- Medicines, unauthorised supplements or prescription-only health products.
- Identity documents, bank cards or access credentials.
- Any item whose sale is prohibited under Spanish or European Union law.
5. Buyers and sellers
Sales take place directly between users. Buyer and seller are responsible for agreeing on the price, delivery and payment. Usadoo recommends meeting in public places and verifying the item before paying.
Statutory warranties applicable to sales between private individuals are governed by Spanish civil law. Usadoo does not offer any own warranty on listed items and does not mediate in disputes, without prejudice to the moderation actions described in these terms.
6. User-to-user chat
Usadoo offers an in-app messaging service so buyer and seller can communicate. When using the chat you agree to:
- Treat the other party with respect, without insults, harassment, threats or discrimination.
- Not send illegal or offensive content, spam, malicious links or unsolicited material.
- Not use the chat for purposes unrelated to the published listing (for example, external marketing).
- Not request or share sensitive personal data that is not necessary to close the transaction.
7. Reviews and ratings
After a transaction users can leave a review of the other party. Reviews must be truthful, based on a real experience and respect the dignity of the other person.
Usadoo reserves the right to remove reviews that are clearly false, offensive, defamatory, contain personal data of third parties or breach the law. Reviews reflect the personal opinion of the user, not that of Usadoo.
8. Public profile
Your profile includes the name or nickname you choose, the profile picture you upload, the reviews you receive and your active listings. This information is visible to other users. Please do not include sensitive personal data or third-party data without their consent.
9. Prohibited conduct
In general, you may not use Usadoo to:
- Commit fraud, impersonate others or engage in deceptive activity.
- Access, interfere with or damage Usadoo’s technical infrastructure.
- Scrape, reverse-engineer or use the platform in an automated way without authorisation.
- Bypass restrictions, sanctions or moderation measures applied to your account.
- Collect data from other users for commercial or advertising purposes without their consent.
10. Moderation and suspension
Usadoo may review, hide or remove listings, messages and reviews that we consider to be in breach of these terms or of applicable law. We may also suspend or close accounts in case of serious or repeated breaches.
Where reasonable we will notify you before taking action and explain why. In urgent cases the action may be immediate. You can appeal any decision by writing to info@usadoo.es.
11. Intellectual property
The name Usadoo, its logo, the design of the app and the source code are owned by Orion App Development. They may not be reproduced, modified or used commercially without prior written consent.
Content that you upload (text, photos, videos) remains yours. By posting it you grant us a worldwide, free, non-exclusive licence to display, host and distribute it within the service for as long as needed to provide the service and, where applicable, for the legally required retention period.
12. Liability
Usadoo is provided "as is" and on an "as available" basis. We do what is reasonable to keep the service running, but we do not guarantee that it will be entirely free of errors, interruptions or data loss.
Usadoo is not liable for damage arising from transactions between users or from content posted by third parties, unless applicable law states otherwise. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to direct and foreseeable damage.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, such as liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
13. Closing your account
You can close your account at any time from within the app or by writing to info@usadoo.es. Some data may be retained for the period required by law (for example, to meet tax obligations or to resolve disputes).
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms if our services or applicable law change. We will let you know through the app or by email with reasonable notice before the changes take effect. If you do not agree, you can close your account before the new version applies.
15. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Dutch law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer rights granted by Spanish law to consumers habitually resident in Spain.
